Temporary banner signs allow businesses to promote temporary sales and special events. Banners are permitted in the City of Forest Lake within the Business, Commercial, Mixed Use, and Industrial Districts. The use of Temporary Banners is regulated by Section 153-210 of the City of Forest Lake Code of Ordinances.
