The Forest Lake City Council adopted the new Tobacco Ordinance No. 691 at the August 26, 2019 Council Meeting. This new ordinance will take effect on September 5, 2019 when it is published on the Forest Lake Times and persons under 21 years of age will not be allowed to purchase licensed tobacco products in the City of Forest Lake.
