There will be three Public Hearings of the Planning Commission on January 26, 2022 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The hearings will be conducted to hear all persons present upon the applications of:
- Marie Mottaz for a Conditional Use Permit application to operate a pet grooming business located at 767 Lake St S
- Peter Frank for a minimum lot width Variance for the property located at 1055 17th St SE
- Paul Bruggeman and John Dobbs for a Preliminary Plat on PID 30.03.221.21.0005 for Hidden Creek
