Finance Department
The Finance Department is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the City, including:
- Accounting
- Financial Reporting
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Receivables
- Utility Billing (Water, Sewer, and Surface Water Management)
- Purchasing
- Special Assessments
The Finance Department administers all cash, investment, debt, and risk management activities. The Finance Department prepares annual budgets and financial reports.

Requesting IRS Form 1095
Employees and former employees may request a copy of IRS Form 1095, which provides information about health insurance coverage offered during the applicable tax year.
